1. Subscription Offers

1.1. Trial Period – €0.90 for 48 Hours

A trial offer is available to all new users for a one-time fee of €0.90, valid for a period of 48 hours from the time of payment confirmation.During this period, the user benefits from full and unlimited access to the platform’s features, allowing them to assess the value of the service.

1.2. Premium Subscription – €49.50 (incl. VAT) per Month

At the end of the 48-hour trial period, and unless cancelled within that timeframe, the Premium Subscription is automatically activated at a monthly rate of €49.50 (including VAT), which renews automatically each month until cancelled.
You are free to cancel your subscription at any time, without restriction.

What the Premium Subscription Includes

The Premium Subscription includes:

• Access to all available tests on the platform, including IQ, personality, compatibility, reasoning, intuition, leadership, and more.Each test is carefully designed based on cognitive science and coaching methodologies, with the aim of helping users gain self-awareness and unlock their potential.
• A personalized report generated after each test, containing detailed interpretations, areas for improvement, and an in-depth analysis tailored to the user's individual profile.
• A personal dashboard, allowing each subscriber to view their history, track progress over time, compare results, and intuitively explore their data and evolutions.
• A personalized coaching program generated after each major test, structured on a weekly basis with actionable daily steps, designed to guide the user through a step-by-step journey toward personal transformation.
• A dedicated eBook for each program, created to deepen the concepts addressed in the test. Each eBook is enriched with practical content, definitions, illustrations, and personalized challenges to be carried out over several days to foster conscious progress.
• A full digital library, accessible at any time, covering topics such as self-knowledge, human psychology, thinking mechanisms, emotions, the mind-body connection, stress management, and other themes related to self-improvement.
• The ability to retake tests and programs, allowing users to monitor their personal development and measure their progress over time. Subscribers have unlimited access to all tests at any time, enabling them to compare, grow, reassess, or restart a development cycle as needed.
• A progressive and intelligent user journey, designed as a personal development lab, where each test leads to new insights, each program fosters transformation, and each reading offers a deeper understanding of oneself.

Your subscription is personal, non-transferable, and may not be shared with third parties.

2. Renewal, Cancellation, and Refunds

2.1. Automatic Renewal

The Premium Subscription is automatically renewed every month unless cancelled prior to the renewal date.By subscribing, the user expressly authorizes TestMyIQ.io to charge the monthly fee using the payment method on file.

2.2. Cancellation

The user may cancel the subscription at any time through their personal account dashboard accessible via the website.Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle. No further charges will be made after the effective cancellation date.

2.3. Refund Policy

• The €0.90 trial offer is non-refundable, as it is intended solely to test the service.
• The monthly Premium Subscription is non-refundable once the billing cycle has begun, except in the event of:
  • a clear and demonstrable billing error.
• All refund requests must be submitted by email to: contact@testmyiq.io and include:
  • the name associated with the account,
  • the email address used for payment,
  • a clear and precise explanation of the reason for the request.

Incomplete or vague requests will not be processed.

3. Modifications

Lindma Ltd reserves the right to modify at any time:

• the content of the subscription offers,
• the pricing,
• or these terms and conditions.

Any change will be notified by email or directly via the website.The applicable terms are those in effect at the time of renewal.
